2. What data we process and why
- Contact form: name, company (optional), email and your message, in order to answer your business enquiry.
- Careers form: full name, the position you are applying for and your CV in PDF format, in order to evaluate your application.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given by voluntarily submitting the corresponding form, in accordance with Argentine Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection.
4. How your data is processed
Form submissions are not stored in a database of this site: they are forwarded by email to the relevant internal team (sales or recruitment) through our email provider. We also use an anti-bot verification service to protect the forms, which may involve that provider processing your IP address.
5. Retention
We keep your message or application for as long as necessary to respond to it or complete the selection process, and thereafter for the period required by applicable law.
6. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties, except for the technology providers needed to deliver the service (an email provider for sending forms and an anti-bot verification provider for protecting them).
7. Your rights
Under Law 25,326, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion of your personal data by writing to us through our contact form. The Argentine National Directorate for Personal Data Protection is empowered to handle complaints and claims regarding non-compliance with the applicable regulations.
